Judge rules MPLS red light cameras illegal
A judge ruled today that the Minneapolis red light camera is illegal because it violates state law regarding traffic control signals. He said that the the burden of proof should be on the state and not the citizen. The City of Minneapolis has until Tuesday to appeal the ruling.
