Grams considers challenging Oberstar
Former Senator Rod Grams is considering challenging 8th District Congressman Jim Oberstar in northeast, MN. Grams reportedly has the support of other republican elected officials. Oberstar has consistently done well in the predominantly DFL district and won every election by substantial margins.
