New Orleans to have runoff election for Mayor

Mayor Ray Nagin and LA Lt. Governor Mitch Landrieu beat out 20 other candidates for mayor to compete in a runoff election in May. Louisiana state law requires a runoff if a candidate does not reach 50.1% of the vote. Mitch Landrieu's sister is a US Senator.
