Bush to address nation on immigration Monday night

Pres. Bush will address the nation Monday night in which he is expected to announce that he will call for National Guard troops to the southern border with Mexico to curb the flow of illegal immigration into the United States. The National Guard will be there to back up the border patrol and provide security.
