Republicans file petition to recall LA Gov. Kathleen Blanco

Republicans have filed a petition to recall Louisiana Governor Kathleen Blanco from office. They must get 900,000 signatures of registered voters within 180 days of filing the petition. Republicans say that Blanco failed to prepare for and respond to Katrina in an effective manner.
