Supreme Court refuses to rule on issue of Blackberry

The Supreme Court refused to rule on the issue of Blackberry. The court would not intervene at the request of Blackberry allowing a federal appeals court to decide the case. Blackberry is being sued by NTP for a patent infringement against Blackberry for email services (RIM).
