Presidential advisor Karl Rove has agreed to testify in the grand jury investigation to the revelation of outing the name of a CIA operative. Rove will testify despite not being guaranteed that his testimony could be used against him in a possible trial. Rove is not the target of the investigation at this point. The current grand jury expires on Oct. 28.
