Well looks like bar owners will be watching the bottom line this month as the taxes on cigarettes, cigars, and mininum wage go up. Cigarettes will go up by 75 cents per pack, cigars up from 35-70 percent and minimum wage from $5.15 to $6.15 an hour. Im not sure how the minimum wage will work because of the issue of tips. Tobacco shops will be nervously watching their bottom line as well.
