Board of Pharmacy refuses to rule

The MN Board of Pharmacy refused to rule whether to allow pharmacists to refuse to fill a prescription based on moral objections. Now this is up to the state legislature where it is expected to be quite a political battle. Part of the reason this is so controversial is because they have to consider the morning-after-pill (RU-486) which pro-life advocates believe is abortion on demand.
