Louisiana Governor's failure to act leading to chaos and confusion

At a time when the state of Louisiana needs strong leadership, the governor of Louisiana's failure to act decisively and coordinate with local officials is leading to unneccesary hardship for their citizens. This is not a time for partisanship but leaders must lead in a time of crisis. The elected officials must work together for the good of the public and stop squabbling because this causes chaos and confusion in the public. The citizens of New Orleans have suffered enough and lost everything. They need to have the confidence that their elected officials who are charged with making decisions in times of crisis are doing just that.
