New Orleans Mayor authorizes military to forcibly remove residents from city

After being under a mandatory evacuation order remained for quite some time the Mayor of New Orleans has authorized the military to forcibly evacuate residents who have not left the city. The city does not have vital services available and does not want to put rescue crews at risk.
