In defiance of the US and Europe, Iran continues to ratchet up the stakes by announcing that will share nuclear weapons technology to other Islamic nations. The IAEA has been negotiating with Iran to stop working on its nuclear project. The US and Europe have threatened to bring this issue to the UN Security Council.
