The Governor of Louisiana overruled the authority of the Mayor of New Orleans when he authorized the forcible removable of residents saying it is not safe to stay. The Governor promptly overruled him stating that she wanted to determine the level of toxicity in the water before forcibly removing residents. No vital services are available at this time.
