Former NSC Advisor Berger fined by federal judge

Former National Security Advisor Sandy Berger was fined by a federal judge $50,000 for taking classified documents from the National Archives. He had reviewed documents because he was going to testify to the 9/11 commission about what the Clinton administration knew about 9/11. Berger avoids prison time but must surrender access to classified documents for three years. In addition he gets two years probation and 100 hours of community service.
