Wendy's finger suspects pleads guilty

A Nevada couple has pleaded guilty to all charges in a San Jose court to planting a finger in their chili at a Wendy's restaurant and then claiming that they found it in their chili. They pleaded guilty to conspiracy to filing a false claim and attempted grand theft in addition to other charges. DNA evidence determined that the finger came from the defendants co-worker. Wendy's lost an estimated $2.5million in sales due to bad publicity
