Lack of information and direction leads to frustration and anger in New Orleans

I have to say that I empathize with the people of New Orleans who are frustrated with public officials who are unable to give them basic information and direction. Those people have lost everything and now its a race against time to get food and water and in some cases urgently needed medical attention. Some have already died waiting. Not only that now there are people armed with weapons shooting at innocent people, carjackings and firing at people who are trying to rescue people. Someone in a leadership position must take charge of the situation.
