Strike shutsdown Boeing

Machinists for Boeing voted to reject an offer and voted to strike. This will force Boeing to stop building commerical jets and some components. Strike could effect other companies that provide parts to Boeing. Business for Boeing had increased in recent months. Company officials say a strike would be devastating. Union officials say the contract offer was insulting for the many years of service.
